Andy was born in April 1982. He started dancing and performing at the age  of 16 after completing an evening education program in musical theatre.  His first role and performance debut was in the musical West Side story  as Baby John.

After highschool and further dance training Andy studied  in London, England where he graduated and received his BA(HONS) in Dance Theater at LABAN in 2004.
Already during his studies Andy  performed in and co-choreographed many international stage productions. 

Through his dancing he also got involved in several dance film  productions which led to a serious interest in acting.

A series of  short movies for festivals followed and this marked the beginning of 
trying to combine a career in dance and acting. In 2005 he  decided to return to Germany where he became a member of oxymoron dance  company.

Besides the work with the company Andy was also performing on  stage for the Salzburg Festival in 2007.
Small roles in  television productions, feature films and short movies followed. Andy  continues to work in the fields of dance and acting always searching for a challenge.

He also teaches modern and contemporary dance techniques at DANCEWORKS berlin.
Danceworks is a state recognized college for dance and performance.

Andy currently lives in Potsdam, Germany.
